// Selective / Non-Selective Wave Pallets with Top Catch
Wave solder pallets, fixtures and tooling for lead free requirements to help optimize your wave solder process and maximize yield and overall process reliability.
Top Catch:
A special design tool used to press the PCB from top side on the wave soldering pallet. This ensures that the through hole components do not leave their position during the wave flow and so helps in achieving unified soldering joints on the components. These design has special clamps fixed to the selective wave pallets.
// Universal Wave Pallet
Single / double side assemblies with Through Hole technology can be soldered using the wave soldering machines in conjunction with the product specific selective / nonselective wave pallet.

// SMT / Reflow Pallet
A special designed pallet used for solder paste printing, pick and place and reflow soldering applications. PCB without fiducials can be processed with specially added fiducials in the reflow pallets.

Printing carriers are specially designed for applications requiring the PCB under print to be held during the printing process. Various options can be provided to suit this application depending on the process requirements. The carrier can be used during the entire process of PCB assembly from printing, pick & place to even reflow soldering process. They provide consistent support to the PCB, prevent shaking and component floating / shifting.
// Magnetic Carrier for FPC
Carrier designed with magnetic strips to hold down substrates during the manufacturing process. The magnetic clamping ensures that substrate does not move in the entire assembly process.
// Carrier for thin PCBs
Special designed carrier for tablet PC and smart phone application. All the steps assemblies during printing, pick & place as well as reflow soldering are fully supported using this carrier and mitigates any component shift or floating errors.
// Elastic-Pin Carrier
Designed for PCB having thickness range 0.5 ~ 1.5mm. Carrier has 2 fixed pins and 2 spring loaded pins to hold PCB in place for screen printing, pick & place, and reflow. The carrier also can increase output while using panel design. Advantage is the full support to PCBs and ensuring there is no warpage on the PCB
// Static / Vacuum Dedicated Tooling
Vacuum Dedicated Tooling provides optimum support for board and stencil as well during pre-placement processes, however it is relatively expensive and slow.

// Inspection Templates
Inspection Templates placed over the board to ensure that all components placed on their accurate positions. These Templates manufactured from ESD acrylic and used at all process where visual inspection required except dedicated AOI machine.
