A special design tool used to press the PCB from top side on the wave soldering pallet. This ensures that the through hole components do not leave their position during the wave flow and so helps in achieving unified soldering joints on the components. These design has special clamps fixed to the selective wave pallets.
Single / double side assemblies with Through Hole technology can be soldered using the wave soldering machines in conjunction with the product specific selective / nonselective wave pallet.

Printing carriers are specially designed for applications requiring the PCB under print to be held during the printing process. The carrier can be used during the entire process of PCB assembly from printing, pick & place to even reflow soldering process. They provide consistent support to the PCB, prevent shaking and component floating / shifting.
